Kitchen Hood System

Mobiak MBK15-160FCS-LPCB 16Lt Kitchen Hood System is built according to the state-of-the-art and recognized safety rules and regulations. It is designed for fire protection during commercial cooking operations. Commercial cooking operations are defined as kitchens that have cooking equipment that produces grease and grease-laden vapors. This includes flat grills, charbroilers, woks, cooking plates, and deep fat fryers.

It’s a 16Lt System– MBK15-160FCS-LPCB (0501106). It’s is delivered without the extinguishing line. Extinguishing line and set up of system shall follow the instructed specifications and design. Extinguishing line and set up of system shall follow the instructed specifications and design. It is the responsibility of the installer to check if an extinguishing line is compatible with the proposal, described by the manual of the system.
